“We had numerous order management problems from various parties such as DEIE, operators, turbine manufacturers and aggregators. There were also problems pinpointing HV faults that led to handling errors.”

How does Ingrid Control better enable you to operate your power plants?

“The control-command system provides the plant operator with a snapshot on a daily basis. It must give them a clear and accurate picture, as well as the ability to intervene remotely or properly prepare a work task with the maximum of information”, concluded Thibault Creignou.
